The Scottish Government consultation on the Scottish Pubs Code and Adjudicator closes in four weeks, on 3 December 2026. The consultation is an opportunity for tied pub tenants, pub-owning businesses or anyone with an interest in the sector to provide their views.
The feedback provided through the consultation will inform the statutory review of the Scottish Pubs Code and the Scottish Pubs Code Adjudicator by Scottish Ministers, with the review to be published in 2027.
